Why we only work on Glassdoor
Glassdoor's rules, its moderation and its effect on hiring are different from those of consumer review sites. A review that would come down on a product site can stay up on Glassdoor, and the reverse is also true. Working on one platform lets us read every review against the guidelines that actually apply to it.
Our clients are employers: founders and executives named in reviews, HR and talent teams losing candidates, companies dealing with a wave of reviews after layoffs, and reputation agencies that need a Glassdoor specialist for their own clients.
How we work
- We read every review before quoting. Each one is checked against Glassdoor's review guidelines and marked as a strong case, a possible case or not removable.
- We put everything in writing. Every case starts with a signed agreement that sets out the fee, payment terms and scope.
- We file through Glassdoor's own process. Each review gets its own short, factual argument under the right guideline.
- We report the outcome. You get a plain report showing what was filed, on what grounds and what Glassdoor decided.
What we will not do
We use no fake accounts, no incentivized reviews and no pressure on former employees. We do not target reviews that raise concerns protected by labor or whistleblower law, and we turn down cases built on honest opinion. Glassdoor makes every final decision, so we never promise that a review will come down.
Pricing
The standard rate is $800 per review: 50% when you sign the written agreement and 50% once removal is confirmed on your live profile. Complex and bulk cases are quoted individually, always in writing.
Where we work
We work with employers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Glassdoor applies the same guidelines everywhere. What changes from country to country is the legal backup when a review crosses into defamation, so cases outside the platform route always involve the client's own counsel.
