Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to every case we take on. Each case also has its own signed agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.

Who we are

GD Review Removal Service ("we", "us") helps employers challenge Glassdoor reviews that break Glassdoor's Community Guidelines. You can reach us at hello@gdreviewremovalservice.com. We are not affiliated with Glassdoor, and we are not a law firm.

What we provide

We assess reviews against Glassdoor's guidelines, prepare and file reports through Glassdoor's own process, follow up on pending reports and confirm the outcome. Where a case needs legal action, we prepare evidence and work with your own lawyer. Nothing on this website or in our assessments is legal advice.

No guaranteed outcome

Only Glassdoor can remove a review, and Glassdoor makes every final decision. We do not guarantee that any review will be removed, and nothing we say should be read as a guarantee. Timeframes we give, such as 5 to 7 business days for most qualified cases, are typical results and not deadlines.

Fees and payment

  • The standard fee is $800 (USD) per review. Complex, bulk or legal cases are quoted individually.
  • Every quote is given in writing before work starts.
  • Unless your written agreement says otherwise, 50% of the fee is due when you sign the agreement and 50% once removal is confirmed on your live Glassdoor profile.
  • Refund terms, including what happens to the upfront payment if Glassdoor declines a review, are set out in your written agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you are authorized to act for the company whose profile is concerned.
  • You give us accurate information and tell us if anything changes.
  • You do not ask us to post fake reviews, use fake accounts, pressure employees or target reviews protected by labor or whistleblower law. We will refuse such requests.

Confidentiality

We treat review links, HR records and internal information you share as confidential and use them only for your case. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any case is limited to the fees you paid us for that case, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost hires or lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website content

The content on this website is for general information about Glassdoor's review process. It may not reflect the latest change to Glassdoor's policies, and it is not legal advice. Text, design and graphics on this website belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The law and courts that govern a case are those named in your written agreement. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@gdreviewremovalservice.com.
