What we collect
- What you send us. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through the request form, we receive what you include: usually your name, company, email address or phone number, and links to Glassdoor reviews.
- Case information. If a case goes ahead, you may share HR records or internal documents. These are covered by a non-disclosure agreement and used only for your case.
- Website visits. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not run tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Third-party services on this website
- Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
- WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your message is handled under the privacy terms of those services as well as this policy.
How we use your data
- To answer your enquiry and assess your reviews
- To deliver the services in your written agreement, including filing reports with Glassdoor
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed for your case: with Glassdoor when we file a report you have approved, with your own lawyer if you ask us to work with them, and with service providers that help us run the business, such as email and messaging services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and case information for as long as the case is active and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your information earlier where the law allows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email hello@gdreviewremovalservice.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We work with clients in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
