- The link to your Glassdoor company page
- Anything you already know about the review, such as whether you flagged it before and what Glassdoor said
You don't need to send HR records or internal documents at this stage. If a case goes ahead, we'll sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
What happens next
- Free assessment. We read each review against Glassdoor's guidelines and give you a straight answer: strong case, possible case or not removable.
- Written quote. The standard rate is $800 per review. Complex and bulk cases are quoted individually.
- Written agreement. Nothing starts until the fee, payment terms and scope are agreed in writing.
